Educational and athletic excellence go together in Jackson Parish like Friday night and football.  The school board and administration work daily to improve a district that leads all of northeast Louisiana in the percentage of certified teachers in the classroom.

High School

With three school districts--Jonesboro-Hodge,  Quitman, and Weston--students get a unique base of educating methods and course offerings.

Recently, Jonesboro-Hodge completed a new high school after its old facilities were lost in a fire.  Students just finished their first year in the new building, which is technologically state of the art, offering students a chance to get their high school education in an as up-to-date environment as possible.
